The applicant will be expected to work in a team oriented environment, driving business & revenue growth. Emphasis will also be placed on the candidate's contribution towards the team by demonstrating leadership, fostering camaraderie & overall knowledge sharing. The applicant will be expected to play a critical role in realizing Affinity’s business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, supporting and servicing a fixed set of advertising partners

• Closely monitoring ad inventory of key advertising partners

• Analyze network data to spot trends and suggest actions

• Escalation point for traffic quality issues – work with advertiser and publisher teams to gather raw data, resolve issues and escalate/engage the business team as needed

• Spearheading research projects to add value to the team’s business decisions

• Compiling reports and supplying up-to-date statistical data to the Business teams

• Suggest feature requests based on data requirements and co-coordinating the effort with the development teams

• Maintaining high awareness of the online advertising industry

• Developing internal processes and alerts to improve job efficiency

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or between 6 months to 1 year related work experience

• Fluent with numbers and statistics

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and easily

• Intellectual curiosity

• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with international customers

• Detail oriented with excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills

• Ability to multitask: maintain organization and focus, while handling multiple responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment

• Preferred: Paid search, display, and contextual online advertising experience

• Preferred: Beginning to intermediate Database understanding and experience

• Preferred: Familiarity working with an online ad serving platform
