motivated for a Partner Specialist position with our Business Group,
located in Mumbai. The applicant will be expected to work in a team
oriented environment, driving business & revenue growth. Emphasis
will also be placed on the candidate's contribution towards the team
by demonstrating leadership, fostering camaraderie & overall
knowledge sharing. The applicant will be expected to play a critical
role in realizing Affinity’s business goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing,
supporting, and servicing the account related needs of an assigned
set of strategic client on a day-to-day basis
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate
internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate
the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Address client concerns and ensure
the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when
appropriate
Co-ordinate with the advertiser
teams to ensure optimum monetization of client websites
Retain accounts through the
development of strong relationships with key decision makers and
users within an organization
Deliver ongoing market analysis
and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus
on the future and value creation
Assist with sales and marketing
activity such as trade shows and conferences
Requirements
Outstanding communication,
multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
Strong Customer Service and Sales
skills with superior ability to problem solve
College degree preferred
Familiarity with the Internet and
ability to grasp technical details of our services
Possess a strong initiative, a
drive to succeed and be a team player
