Affinity

and efficient Admin cum Finance Associate, for our team based in Mumbai, India.
The applicant will be expected to work in a team oriented environment, and perform
routine clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Handling day to day office administration work
Handling phone calls, service providers including couriers and
attending visitors
Prepare, File, Copy and Retrieve corporate documents, records, and
reports as required
Ordering all kinds of supplies and maintaining its records
Make travel arrangements, as per requirements
Assistance
in preparation of MIS
Documentation, preparing vouchers / cheques & maintenance of bills
and challans
Handling cash payments & Maintaining Petty Cash Book
Routine correspondence
Coordination
with other departments
Required
Skills:
Commerce graduate
1-3 years of experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
Good Natured, Flexible and adaptable
Ability to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be an effective team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think quickly and make sound judgments/decisions
